We keep our home in wonderful shape so every guest walks into the same spotless, well-stocked place you saw in the photos. These rules help us do that — thanks for respecting them.
The essentials
- Check-in: 4:00 PM · Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Maximum 6 overnight guests. Additional overnight guests are charged $100/night each and must be disclosed when you request to book.
- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
- No pets. Service animals must be disclosed in advance.
- No smoking anywhere on the premises.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
While you’re here
- Please use one of our custom branded coasters under your drink to protect the furniture — you’re welcome to take one home with you!
- No wet bathing suits on any indoor furniture, please.
Check-out checklist
A few quick things before you head home:
- Deflate all pool toys and place them in the deck box
- Close the umbrellas
- Leave the BBQ clean, gas off and covered
- Fire pit covered and gas off
- Lock the patio door
- Dirty dishes into the dishwasher, and start it
- Please don’t leave any items in the washing machine or dryer
- Close all windows and blinds (it gets hot down here!)
- Sign yourself out of any streaming services you used
- Return TV and fan remotes to their holders (a $50 charge applies for lost remotes)
- Turn off the lights — and have a safe trip home!
Safety & privacy
Your privacy matters to us. For transparency:
- There is a video doorbell at the front door that records on motion or when the bell rings. There are exterior security cameras in the back yard facing the park fence and side areas, and one in the garage. No cameras are located in any guest living areas. We don’t monitor recordings unless there’s a safety issue to address.
- The home has an Alexa device in the living room for convenience (say the word and it’ll turn on the backyard waterfall). Alexa listens only for its wake word and does not record your conversations.
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund for cancellations up to 14 days before arrival
- 50% refund for cancellations up to 7 days before arrival
