These terms apply to bookings made with Little Big Views and to your use of this website. By requesting a booking or staying at the property, you agree to them.
Bookings
- Submitting the inquiry form is a request, not a confirmed booking. Your reservation is confirmed only when we’ve agreed on dates and payment terms directly with you.
- The guest making the booking must be at least 21 years old and is responsible for everyone in their party.
- You must disclose the total number of overnight guests when you book. Maximum occupancy and additional-guest fees are described in our House Rules.
Payment & cancellation
- Payment terms are agreed at the time of booking.
- Cancellations: 100% refund up to 14 days before arrival; 50% refund up to 7 days before arrival.
House rules
Our House Rules are part of these terms. Please read them — they cover check-in/out times, quiet hours, our no-pets, no-smoking, and no-parties policies, and the check-out checklist.
Care of the property
You agree to treat the home with care and to leave it in reasonable condition. You’re responsible for any damage caused during your stay beyond normal wear and tear.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Big Views is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property arising from your stay, except where caused by our negligence. Use of the pool and all amenities is at your own risk.
