HOUSE RULES

  • Please use one of our custom branded coasters under your drink to protect the furniture. You’re welcome to take one with you when you leave!

  • Please no wet bathing suits on any indoor furniture

  • Be respectful of our neighbors; quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am

  • Pets are not allowed. Service animals must be disclosed in advance.

  • Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises.

  • Absolutely no parties

  • No more than 6 overnight guests (additional overnight guests will be charged $100/night each)


CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES

  • Deflate all pool toys and place in deck box

  • Umbrellas closed

  • Leave BBQ clean, gas off and covered

  • Fire pit covered and gas off

  • Lock the patio door

  • Dirty dishes to dishwasher and start

  • Please do not leave any items in washing machine or dryer

  • Close all windows and blinds (it gets hot down here!)

  • It is your responsibility to sign yourself out of any streaming services used

  • TV and Fan remotes must be placed back in their appropriate holders
    ($50 charge for lost remotes)

  • Turn off the lights and have a safe trip home!
